The 2nd annual Spokane Brewers Festival is gearing up for another great weekend of sampling some of the best beer the Inland Northwest has to offer. Last year, nearly 40 craft brewers and thousands of beer aficionados came out to enjoy one of our area’s biggest beer festivals, taste a variety of foods, and hear some incredible music provided by The Inlander.

The lineup for the 2nd annual event already is looking good with plenty of craft breweries. This year the Spokane Brewers Festival is partnering with Feeding Washington as the charity beneficiary of this event. Feeding Washington works to end hunger in Washington State by  sourcing fresh Washington produce from growers, packers and shippers in the produce industry and distributing it to our two members, Second Harvest and Food Lifeline. Together our three organizations target healthy food to those who need it most across the state. This year’s Spokane Brewers Festival will support these efforts.

However, this event doesn’t happen without the huge assistance of our dedicated volunteers. Over the course of the two-day Spokane Brewers Festival, several volunteer assignments and times are available.

As a thank-you, each volunteer will receive a Festival bag that will include:

  • ·         Limited edition Spokane Brewers Festival t-shirt
  • ·         Festival tasting mug
  • ·         13 tokens to be used for tastings outside your volunteer shift
  • ·         Volunteer soft room: for quick break and refresh with water and snacks
  • ·         Volunteers who sign-up for the final shift on Saturday will also receive a Spokane
  • Brewers Festival pint glass
